Terms of Service

By using SmartPora (স্মার্টপড়া) or creating an account — with email, mobile number, or Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or X — you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

SmartPora provides questions, explanations, mock tests, live exams, PDFs and other study material for SSC, HSC, university admission and government-job preparation in Bangladesh. All features are currently free. If optional paid features are ever introduced, they will be clearly announced in advance, and you will never be charged without your consent.

• Provide accurate information; one account per person.
• Children under 13 must not create an account; users under 18 should use SmartPora with a parent or guardian's knowledge.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Report any suspicious activity to help@smartpora.com immediately.

• No cheating in live exams or mock tests — sitting for someone else, using multiple accounts to inflate rank, scripts or bots
• No automated copying (scraping) or republishing the question bank elsewhere
• No harassment of other users, and no offensive or illegal content
• No spreading “leaked question” or fraudulent content
• No attempts to breach security or overload the service

Questions come from past exams and model sets prepared by the SmartPora Team. We review them carefully, but errors are possible — please report any you find. Always verify admission and job-circular details against the official notice before applying.

SmartPora does not guarantee admission, passing or any particular exam result. SmartPora is not affiliated with or endorsed by any education board, university, BPSC or government body.

The site design, logo, explanations and content created by the team belong to SmartPora. You may use them for personal study but not republish them commercially without permission. Original past-exam questions belong to the respective authorities and are organised here for educational purposes. If you believe content infringes your rights, email help@smartpora.com.

If you sign in with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn or X, their own terms also apply. SmartPora is not responsible for the content of external websites (such as application links).

You may delete your account at any time — see the data deletion instructions. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously breach these Terms and void ranks obtained unfairly.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, SmartPora is not liable for losses arising from downtime, content errors or decisions made in reliance on the content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. When they change, the date on this page is updated; continuing to use SmartPora after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
